Bill Mueller is Now A Dodger

It's sad to see a guy like Bill Mueller leave your team, no matter how things turn out. I've always liked the way he played the game, both in the field and at the plate. I really appreciated the utter lack of drama with this man, soft spoken and self effacing he was calming presence in a club house filled with characters. Good luck to you Bill, thanks for everything.

it was also fun to hear him thank jesus at least thirty-times in one five minute post game press conference. that aside one of the best games i ever saw with him was a come from behind win in Milwaukee with sox down 10-4 and his bat played a large part in the 11-10 win. i think he still holds MLB baseballe record for switch-hit grand slams in one game.
