A few years back I tried Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage 1992 on a trusted barkeeps recommendation. Wow, this is some good stuff. Very, very smooth and complex. People who normally despise Bourbon will love this stuff. Like any other single malt it's best with a splash of ice cold water and maybe some ice. Try it so you can say things like this:
"The nose is very intense...it smells of maple syrup, walnuts and caramel. In the mouth, the maple falls away to somewhat be replaced by honey, licorice, orange peel, hard candy, and, as one taster noted, some hints of coffee. A long elegant finish follows with the slightest bit of mouth tingle. It is excellent."

The formatting pixies visited again I see. They left the advertising though.
