I Injected, I Plunged, But It Wasn't Steroids

Roger Clemens says that he did take injections from Brian McNamee but they weren't steroids only lidocaine and the vitamin B-12. McNamee they guy injecting him says Clemens used steroids. Who do you believe? BTW, when Clemens left the Red Sox in a huff in 1996 his ERA was 3.63 and he was 34 years old. In 1997 a trim 35 year old Clemens pitching for Toronto lowered his ERA to 2.05. Did he discover a new pitch or develop a work ethic? I'd be interested to know exactly when McNamee was injecting Clemens.
