Cheney Shoots Lawyer, Dems Shoot Foot Part II

Hillary Clinton is critical of the the secrecy surrounding shotgungate, "The refusal of this administration to level with the American people on matters large and small is very disturbing, because it goes counter to the way our constitutional democracy ... is supposed to work." Speaking of being less than forthcoming or in fact lying under oath, think of these three words Hillary: stained blue dress.
In a desperate search for a smoking gun, the Dems are trying to make this accident something more than it is. I guess in politics everything is fair play but I don't see this as a winner for them. The folks over at the WSJ have a different opinion.

It wasn't her dress was it? I can't get the image of John Goodman as Linda Tripp out of my head.

If it had been her dress there wouldn't have been any story. In the words of Waylon Smithers, and I parphrase here, "Hillary Clinton and seamen do not mix". As far as John Goodman and Linda Tripp, it has yet to be proven that they are seperate people.

Why would you want the image of John Goodman as Linda Tripp out of your head - it's hysterical!

And your mention of "seamen (semen)" reminds me of an old joke of my aunts.
Representatives of the British navy came to her door collecting for "seamen" - she quipped "my son is too young and my husband is too old"
- good one!!
