First Ann Frank Now Hitler

Officials in Germany want to retroactively strip Hitler of his German citizenship, so much for German punctuality. A week or so ago an New York Congressman wanted to make Ann Frank a honorary U.S. citizen. What gives?
It used to be that everybody wanted the same thing, they just differed on how to go about getting it. Today you have lefties who feel offended by Old Glory, but comforted by gay pride parades. You have right wing "Christians" who are so rabidly anti gay that they heckle funerals of fallen servicemen. So it must be comforting to make bold statements about a time when right was right, and wrong was wrong. Hitler bad, Ann Frank good. Unfortunately that war is over and now we need to move on and make decisions on who's good and who's bad today.
