Berkeley Town Council Hates Marines

The Berkeley town council told the USMC they are not welcome in Berkeley. How far removed from reality do you have to be to treat the military this way? I am sure this is nothing that fending for yourself for a year or so in Liberia wouldn't cure. If only there were a way to make this happen.
