Joe Torre: Profile in Courage

Former Yankee skipper and stand up guy Joe Torre won't pick sides or comment on the whole Roger Clemens steroid debacle. I understand that when one friend tosses pointy objects at another friend's coconut, one can't really win by taking sides. On the other hand, steroids are the worst kept secret in sports and it beggars belief to think that Torre had no knowledge or suspicions until the Mitchell Report.
